For the standard and cylinder top instruments – SS or HO, be it a Model C, S or Guitar Bouzouki:  

The standard materials  are Indian rosewood for the back and sides, European spruce or Wester red cedar for the soundboard, a Sri Lankan ebony fretboard and mahogany neck also come as standard. The bridge will be either ebonised fruitwood or Rocklite, and excellent lightweight all wood modern ebony substitute.  The binding is Rocklite, the purfling dyed maple lines. The finish is a high gloss modern lacquer.

For the SK-Adv instruments:

The back, sides and neck are khaya mahogany, and the fretboard is Sri Lankan ebony. The soundboard is spruce or cedar. The bridge will be either ebonised fruitwood or Rocklite.  The binding is Rocklite, the purfling dyed maple lines. The finish is a high gloss modern lacquer.

For the Session King range (SK) instruments:

Like the SK-Adv, the back, sides and neck are khaya mahogany, but the fretboard is Indian rosewood. The soundboard is cedrela but can be upgraded to spruce or cedar. The bridge will be either ebonised fruitwood or Rocklite. The binding and purfling are old style celluloid. The finish can be either a satin modern lacquer or a relic nitro cellulose finish.

 

Upgrades:

Back and sides upgrade: many choices including vintage Cuban mahogany, American maple, English sycamore, FSC ebony, African bubinga, figured pomelle bubinga, Honduran rosewood or Panamanian rosewood are possible

For soundboards: as well as a wide range of European spruces and Western red cedar, I have good stocks of both American sinker redwood, torrefied sitka spruce and old Adirondack spruce.
